Title Town Acquisitions was created by a life-long Eastern Mass guy who has a real passion for helping others. The driving influence behind the brand is a love for real estate investing and improving the community through beautifully renovated apartment complexes.  On this site, we will showcase our projects and answer questions about our experiences.  We also hope to interact with others who may have an interest in working with us, or those who have a general interest in real estate investing.  We look forward to sharing our projects with you through this site and thank you for visiting!

Everyone at Title Town Acquisitions has a passion and an advanced understanding of real estate investing as a whole. We search locally through out Massachusetts and Rhode Island for multifamily properties that fit our precise buying criteria.  We buy based on cash flow, location, and ROI (return on investment).  We look for properties with a high value add potential. Some of the main contributors are forced appreciation, instant equity, exit strategies, and tax benefits.  When we purchase a property, our goal is to utilize our years of experience and add value by raising rents/NOI, decreasing expenses, increasing revenue, and create a top notch management company.
